The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:31 P.M.
Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy reviewed the Council. Two (2) items were ready for action; one (1) item was being deferred; one (1) item was being withdrawn; and one (1) item was being seconded and recommended for re-referral. Council Auditor Kirk Sherman called the Committee’s attention to the Council Auditor’s Office Memorandum attached to the agenda that enumerated concerns and recommendations regarding Ordinance 2013-382, Item# 4 on the agenda, Auth Transfer at Year’s End of all Excess Funds Saved by JSO…. Mr. Sherman indicated that he would discuss the Committee’s options and ramifications of those options. The Sheriff indicated that he would rebut some of the contentions in the Auditor’s Memorandum and field questions at the Committee meeting.
There being no further business, the Agenda Meeting was adjourned at 3:34 P.M.
