Meeting Convened: 3:30 p.m.
Chairwoman Daniels reviewed
the Council Auditor’s marked agenda which included 8 items ready for action (2 as
emergencies) and 4 items for second reading and re-referral.
2012-719 (appropriating
$50,000 from Public Parking enterprise fund to the Clerk of the Courts to fund
the juror shuttle): the bill will be deferred.
2013-309 (adopting interim
local administrative amendments to the Florida Building Code): the need for the
emergency was discussed; Mike Sands of the Planning Department will be present
to discuss.
2013-310 (repealing and
adopting a new Chapter 652 – Floodplain Management Ordinance): the need for the
emergency was discussed; Mike Sands of the Planning Department will be present
to discuss.
