In attendance: Council Members Kimberly Daniels (Chair), Don Redman and Greg Anderson

Meeting Convened: 3:33 p.m.

Council Member Daniels convened the meeting and asked Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy to review the Council Auditor’s marked agenda which included 3 items marked for deferral, 4 items ready for action and 5 items for second reading and re-referral.

2012-336 (small-scale land use amendment on Post Street): although marked for deferral on the agenda, Dylan Reingold of the General Counsel’s Office reported that the item was recently reported out of the Planning Commission and is ready for action today. The applicant will be present to request minor amendments. Kevin Kuzel representing Council Member Jim Love reported that Mr. Love still has some remaining issues with the companion rezoning bill, but not with this land use amendment.
