MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, November 05,2013.  The meeting was called to order at 2:02 P.M. by Committee Chair John Crescimbeni.  The meeting adjourned at 2:10 P.M.
