The meeting was called to order at 1:32 P.M.
Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy reviewed the Council Auditor’s Office’s marked agenda. There were three (3) items ready for action; two (2) items being deferred; and three (3) items being seconded and recommended for second reading.
The Chair, Council Member Carter, indicated that though Item #5, ORD-MC 2013-166, Amend Chapt 191 (Special Events & Entertainment District)….was marked for deferral, there would be a discussion of the matter.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:33 P.M.
