Attendance: Council Members Doyle Carter (Chair); Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy; Assistant General Counsel Paige Johnston; Jessica Deal, Administration; Lin White, Public Works; Theresa Eichner; Juliette Williams, Legislative Services; John J. Jackson, Research Division.
The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:27 P.M.
The Chair reviewed the Council Auditor’s marked agenda and noted that there were four (4) items ready for action; four (4) items that were being deferred; and one (1) item that was being re-referred and recommended for second reading.
On Item #3, ORD 2013-53, Transferring $1,328,399.03…..To fund janitorial Svcs for Parks…..& Remainder to fund R/W Moring, though the item was being deferred, the Chair asked Linn White if she would have the Director of Public Works, Bill Robinson, to give him, the Chair, a telephone call before the Committee meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:30 P.M.
