In attendance:  Council Members Richard Clark (Chair), Matt Schellenberg and Bill Bishop

 

Also:  Kyle Billy – Council Auditor’s Office; Paula Shoup– Legislative Services Division

Meeting Convened:  8:30 a.m.

 

Chairman Clark reviewed the Council Auditor’s marked agenda which included 22 items marked for deferral, 24 items ready for action (1 as a substitute, 1 for withdrawal, 1 as an emergency) and 9 items for second reading and re-referral.

 

2014-433 (appropriating funds from generic countywide intersection improvements account to a Gate Parkway/Blue Cross Blue Shield road improvement project): will be deferred at the request of the administration.

 

2014-554, -556, -557 and -558 (appropriations of various federal grants): will be deferred at the request of the administration.

 

2014-566 (directing General Counsel to initiate foreclosure proceedings on code enforcement liens): will be moved to the top of the agenda to accommodate Council Member Bishop.
