Council Member Holt called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contains 8 items marked for deferral; 6 items ready for action; 7 public hearings to be opened and continued; 2 items marked for withdrawal; and 6 items marked for second reading and re-referral.  

 

2014-628 (designation 801-805 W Forsyth Street): Mr. Zamarron stated Council Member Jones requested this item be deferred.

 

2014-699 (amend development agreement for CCAS#72577): CM Holt stated this item would be taken up first on the agenda.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:08 p.m.
