LUZ COMMITTEE AGENDA MEETING MINUTES

 

November 5, 2014

Council Member Love called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contains 8 items marked for deferral; 5 items ready for action; 7 public hearings to be opened and continued; 1 item marked for sub and re-refer; and 6 items marked for second reading and re-referral.  

 

2014-493 (amend Chap 656, Part 13, billboards): Mr. Huxford stated the item was being continued to allow the settlement agreements to catch up.

 

2014-552 (prohibit care centers establishment to a sexual predator residence): Mr. Huxford reported the department was ready to proceed.  In response to CM Joost request of a map from the previous meeting, Ms. Connie Holt provided information about viewing map details online. However, she would attempt to provide an actual map at the meeting. The committee will decide whether to take action.

 

2014-649 (wavier of minimum frontage at 1198 Halsema Rd S):  Ms. Grandin stated item was requested to be moved to the beginning of the agenda.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:08 p.m.
