Chairman Holt called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contains 8 items marked for deferral; 7 items ready for action; 1 item marked for withdrawal; 8 public hearings to be opened and continued; 2 public hearings to be opened and closed; and 2 items marked for second reading and re-referral.  

 

2014-595 (rezoning 123 Dunn Creek Road):  Mr. Huxford stated the Planning Department recommends changing RLD-60 to RLD-70.

 

2014-628 (designation of 801-805 W Forsyth St): CM Holt stated that Mr. Joel McEachin would be making a presentation at meeting.

 

2014-679 (rezoning Jork Rd & Atlantic Blvd): Mr. Huxford stated applicant requested withdrawal which the Planning Department supports. There are no fees to return to applicant.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:08 p.m.
