MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, October 21,2014.  The meeting was called to order at 5:01 P.M. by Committee Chair Ray Holt.  The meeting adjourned at 7:10 P.M.
