Public hearing for 2014-530 & 2014-531 were opened and closed together. Ms. Allen’s had three concerns about this bill: water quality (institute buffers); protecting flood plains and wetlands; and construction of boating facilities in area. The agent agreed to the conditions a discussed. Mr. Crammond commented that the two lane entrance and exit would be sufficient for the sight.
