Chairman Holt called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m. CM Holt requested Mr. Huxford to review the marked agenda which contained 28 items marked for deferral, 9 items ready for action, 3 public hearings to be opened and continued, 7 items for second reading and re-referral.  

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:06 p.m.
