Ms. Grandin provided a brief overview of the action required in appeal process. Mr. Huxford commented that the PD recommended approval with one condition.  The PC voted 7-1 for denial based on the concerns of neighbors. A petition was also submitted a petition with over 900 signatures.

 

Public hearing opened.  Five speakers: Dan Boswell (support); and Kathy Budd, Shirley Lowry, Iviza Greene and Jeff Royal (oppose). Public hearing closed.

 

The committee deliberated extensively in regards to the official owner of the corporation, validity of agent authorization, mitigating evidence and insufficient information on the application based on the Code. Additionally, the application does not meet the criteria for exceptions from a policy factor for review.
