Chairman Holt called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. CM Holt requested Mr. Huxford to review the marked agenda which contained 8 items marked for deferral, 13 items ready for action, 10 public hearings to be opened and continued, 21 items for second reading and re-referral and 1 item for substitute and re-referral.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:05 p.m.
