LUZ COMMITTEE AGENDA MEETING MINUTES

Chairman Holt called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. CM Holt requested Mr. Huxford to review the marked agenda which contained 5 items marked for deferral, 18 items ready for action, 14 public hearings to be opened and continued, and 11 items for second reading and re-referral.

 

2014-143 (rezoning property on Trout River Drive): This bill is marked open and continued. CM Holt commented there were some concerns and information pending. Ms. Alberta Hipps commented that information being presented in meeting should address concerns; and requested that action be taken on bill tonight.

 

2014-253 (rezoning 3003 Claire Lane): This bill is being deferred due to CM Schellenberg hosting a community meeting on 7/16/14.

 

2014-268 & 2014-269 (Sunbeam Road bet Old Kings Rd S & San Jose Blvd): Companion bills are being deferred in Planning Commission and will return to LUZ on 8/19/14.

 

CM Holt announced the new agenda time (3:00p.m.) is for the committee cycle. There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:17 p.m.
