Chairwoman Boyer called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. CM Boyer reviewed the marked agenda which contained 21 items marked for deferral, 8 items ready for action, 9 public hearings to be opened and continued, and 5 items for second reading and re-referral.

 

2014-277 (wavier of road frontage at La Moya Ave): CM Boyer stated that bill would be opened and continued at the request of CM Carter.

 

2014-310 (rezoning 3812 University Blvd): Mr. T.R. Hainline requested that action be taken on bill at meeting. CM Boyer explained there is another bill associated to the same development with a slight variation in site descriptions coming up in July. The committee will discuss whether to act on this bill or keep them together.

 

2014-311 (rezoning 1900 & 1896 Corporate Square Blvd): CM Boyer announced that revised documentation had been submitted and should be added to packets. Mr. Huxford stated that information was emailed by Mr. Bruce Lewis on June 16th and June 17th.

 

2014-333 (RESO urging Admin to coordinate OGC to amend Jax Zoning Code regarding retail stores sale & svc of alcohol beverages for off-premises): CM Boyer reported that subject matter is coming before the Planning Commission on July 17th. Therefore, she deferred the bill.
