Chairwoman Boyer called the meeting to order at 1:04 p.m. CM Boyer reviewed the marked agenda which contained 14 items marked for deferral, 3 items ready for action, 8 public hearings to be opened and continued, and 16 items for second reading and re-referral.

 

2014-260 (waiver of road frontage on Wagenhals Rd): CM Boyer received an email from 911Addressing that raised a few questions which will require discussion at the meeting.

 

2014-277 (wavier of road frontage at La Moya Ave): CM Boyer received an email from CM Carter requesting deferral. It was mentioned that the representative was currently meeting with CM Carter’s ECA. Action could be taken on bill if all parties were ready and in agreement since a staff report has been submitted. There are some concerns from 911 Addressing; and most likely bill will be opened and continued.
