Attendance:  Council Members Lori Boyer (Chair), Matt Schellenberg, Jim Love, Don Redman

Chairwoman Boyer called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. CM Boyer reviewed the marked agenda which contained 8 items marked for deferral, 10 items ready for action, 10 public hearings to be opened and continued, and 7 items for second reading and re-referral.

 

2013-761 (amend mobility fee): This item will be considered after item #7 for consistency.  Mr. Harden requested that the two substitutes be moved.

 

2014-062 (rezoning 7981 Baymeadows Circle W): Mr. Harden explained the continuance provides opportunity for the large scale item to catch up in the committee cycle.

 

2014-270 (designation 6337 Arlington Road): The staff report will be provided by Lisa Ransom.

 

2014-279 (amend zoning code): This item will be opened and continued to 6/17/14. Planning Commission is not taking action at upcoming meeting.  CM Boyer stated that an announcement was made at a neighborhood CPAC that PC was not recommending this bill although the final report has not been published.  CM Boyer suggested that staff proceed cautiously should there be different stance from information already shared to the public.

 

Today’s workshop has been cancelled.
