Chairwoman Boyer called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. CM Boyer reviewed the marked agenda which contained 6 items marked for deferral, 9 items ready for action, 10 public hearings to be opened and continued and 3 items for second reading and re-referral.

 

2013-493 (sign ordinance): CM Boyer reported that Planning Commission deferred bill and report is due May 8th.

 

2013-761 (concurrency & mobility mgmt system): CM Boyer stated that no action will be taken on this bill or its companion (2014-057) tonight.  However, at the end of the agenda, the committee will discuss both bills for clarity on any pending concerns.

 

2014-108 (comp plan): CM Boyer reported that bill is ready for action and is the subject topic at today’s workshop in order to review all the provisions.
