LUZ COMMITTEE AGENDA MEETING MINUTES

 

March 18, 2014

Chairwoman Boyer called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m. CM Boyer reviewed the marked agenda which contained 4 items marked for deferral, 13 items ready for action, 12 public hearings to be opened and continued and 9 items for second reading and re-referral.

 

2014-125 (companion to 2013-391 small scale): CM Boyer reported committee will take action on this bill first.

 

2013-391 (rezoning property on Normandy Blvd): Mr. Huxford reported the bill has an amendment for the revision of the written description.  Additionally, the applicant has requested to increase the number of trucks permissible on property from three (3) to six (6). Mr. Huxford would not be opposed to request and that the applicant was in attendance. CM Boyer requested Mr. Huxford review the site plan with applicant prior to the meeting to ensure size of lot will accommodate the increased number of trucks.

 

2014-103 (wavier of minimum road frontage): CM Boyer reported she requested the 911 committee to provide feedback on the waiver prior to LUZ meeting to confirm there are no concerns with re-addressing of the street numbers.  Mr. Huxford commented he would follow up with 911 prior to committee meeting.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:10 p.m.
