MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, February 19,2014.  The meeting was called to order at 5:11 P.M. by Committee Chair Lori Boyer.  The meeting was recessed from 6:56 until 7:01 and adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
