MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, January 07,2014.  The meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M. by Committee Chair Lori Boyer.  The meeting was recessed from 7:45 – 8:00 and from 11:00 – 11:07.  The meeting adjourned at 11:49 P.M.
