Daniels called meeting to order. Mr. Costigan reviewed the marked agenda which
included 1 item marked for deferral, 2 items ready (one marked as emergency)
for action and 1 item for second reading and re-referral.
2013-493
(billboard legislation): Mr. Costigan stated that Rules committee deferred bill
earlier today. Ms. Johnston reported
that Planning Department has not completed a staff report nor has LUZ taken any
action resulting in continuous deferral of bill.
2014-177
(civil citation process): CM Daniels requested to be added as a sponsor.
CM
Daniels reported there would be a presentation to the committee related to red
lights. The presenters are Jim Robinson, Public Works and Beth Meyer, ADA
Coordinator.
