The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m.
The Chair reviewed the Council Auditor’s marked agenda and indicated that there were three (3) items ready for action, four (4) items that were being deferred, seven (2) items were being seconded and re-referred and one (1) emergency passage request item.
The Chair announced that there would be two presentations at the Committee meeting. The first presentation would be an update on repairs at senior centers by Public Buildings Division, Public Works Department, Luis Flores. The second presentation would be Public Works Department Director Jim Robinson’s update on the Southbank Riverwalk project.
The Committee would take up Item #3, ORD 2013-769, Approp $33,850 from youth Travel Trust Fund to Fund Youth Travel; Cynthia Nixon from the Children’s Commission would be present to furnish information and field questions per a previous request by Council Member E. Denise Lee.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:35 P.M.
