The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:31 P.M. and asked Assistant Council Auditor Kyle Billy to review the marked agenda that had been prepared by his office. There were fourteen (14) items ready for action; fifteen (15) items being deferred; three (3) items being seconded and re-referred; one (1) item being withdrawn; and there were two (2) items to be taken up as an emergency.
On Item #30, RESO 2014-748, Auth Redev Agreemt with Hallmark Partners, Inc., Auth a REV Grant…Residential Units…200 Riverside …., it was revealed that proper notification for a Public Hearing had not been advertised as required; it was decided to move the item out of Committee and then have it deferred at the (December 9th) City Council meeting until January 13, 2015.
Attorney Steve Diebenow, agent for the developer, was in agreement with this suggested action.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:34 P.M.
