Meeting Convened: 8:34 a.m.

Chairman Gulliford called the meeting to order and reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 9 items marked for deferral, 13 items ready for action (1 for substitute and re-referral) and 12 items for second reading and re-referral.

2013-493 (amending the City’s off-site commercial sign ordinance): the Chairman noted that the various interested parties have reached mutually agreeable settlement of their issues on this subject and 2 new ordinances have been introduced approving those settlement agreements.

2014-386 (amendments to the Police and Fire Pension Plan): Council Member Lumb will be excused today because of illness and requests that the bill be deferred until he can be present for the debate. The agenda is marked for substitute and rerefer.
