MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, November 03,2014.  The meeting was called to order at 9:02 A.M. by Committee Chair Bill Gulliford.  The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 A.M.
