MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, October 20,2014.  The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Committee Chair Bill Gulliford.  The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 A.M.
