MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, June 16,2014.  The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Committee Chair Warren Jones.  The meeting was adjourned at 12:40 P.M.
