Member John Crescimbeni inquired as to whether or not a process was in place
to distinguish
property owners from
renters. Ms. Sidman explained
that the 911 Emergency Address Committee of the Planning Department had a
process that identified actual property owners. |

questions. He referenced the fact
sheet that the Council Auditors Office had appended to the marked agenda that
provided background and additional information on each of the contract
haulers’ agreement. Kyle Billy,
Council Auditor’s Office, provided additional explanation of the agreements’
components and how the various figures were arrived at. Council Member Stephen Joost raised
concerns pertaining to costs for the City.
Council Member John Crescimbeni commended Kyle Billy, Richard Campbell
and Phillip Peterson of the Council Auditor’s Office for their diligence in
their work on the garbage haulers rate review this year and on previous
occasions. |
