The Chair called the Agenda Meeting to order at 1:33 P.M.
The Chair announced that there would be a presentation during the Committee meeting by Wanda Forrest of the North Florida TPO on the TIP Project.
The Chair reviewed the marked agenda that had been prepared by the Council Auditor’s Office.
On Item #2, ORD 2013-761, Amend Chapt 655 (Concurrency & Mobility Mgmt System)… Council Member Lori Boyer indicated that she was ready to move this item with her substitute measure, a copy of which had been previously e-mailed to Council Members on Friday (May 16). She fielded a number of questions.
On Item #4, ORD 2014-118, Attorney Steve Diebenow said that he was hoping to see some movement toward acting on this measure in another two weeks; he had a substitute that he had drafted to distribute; Peggy Sidman, Office of General Counsel, indicated that Jody Brooks of OGC had reviewed the proposed a legislation and did not think that it was ready to be filed.
Council Member Greg Anderson advised the Chair that he intended to defer Items #10, 11, 12 (all pertaining to amending existing agreements with waste disposal concerns), in the Finance Committee because he had not had a chance to review the numbers involved.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:46 P.M.
