The Chair called the Agenda Meeting to order at 1:28 P.M.
The Chair indicated that there may be a JTA presentation at the Committee Meeting by Brad Thoburn.
In reviewing the marked agenda prepared by the Council Auditor’s Office, there were four (4) items ready for action, five (5) items being deferred and five (5) items being seconded and recommended for second reading.
Though Item #14, RESO-Q 2914-10, re Appeal by Christopher & Leila Wadley of a Decision of the 911 Emerg Addressing Adv Comm to Re-Assign an Out of Sequence Address…, was being deferred, the law required the Committee to vote on whether or not the appeal is sufficient in criteria to move forward.
Attorney Steve Diebenow requested that Item #7, ORD 2014-118, Apv Fair Share Assessmt with Harmony Farms of Jacksonville, LLC, for “Harmony Farms” Proj….be deferred for 2 Committee cycles; he and the applicant are working with the Planning Department and Administration officials to resolve issues.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:34 P.M.
