3/3/14 Amend/Approve DEFER Kyle Billy explained the components of the amendment
(appended to the Council Auditor’s Office’s marked atenda). There was a lengthy discussion on the item. Council Member Matt Schellenberg wanted to
know why floors 4 & 6 were being renovated, and floors 4 & 5 were
not. He had questions about the source
of the funds for the appropriation, as well.
Council Members Greg Anderson and Reggie Brown raised questions, as
well. John Jones, Real Estate Division
Chief, Public Works Department, fielded the questions. Council Member Schellenberg moved to defer
the item until the numerous questions raised in the course of questioning and
discussion were addressed and resolved.
The Chair concurred. |
