Council Member Wilson called the meeting to order at 1:00p.m. Mr. Folks Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 15 items marked for deferral, 21 items ready for action (4 marked for withdrawal), 4 items marked to be opened and continued, and 6 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

 

2015-439 & 440 (Rezoning & Small Scale on 7061 Greenland Ridge lane N): A request for withdrawal has been submitted.

 

2015-487 & 685 (Rezoning & Small Scale on 5651 Colcord Avenue): The agent has requested withdrawal with refund. Department policy does not usually support a refund after process has finished full cycle which has already been completed.

 

2015-667 (Appeal of Denied Exception E-15-47): The hearing will be held in Council Chambers at 4:00p.m.

2015-781 (Amend lease with Jacksonville Jaguars): The bill will be taken up first in committee meeting.

 

There being no further business, agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:05 p.m.
