Council Member Wilson called the meeting to order at 1:01p.m. Mr. Folks Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 12 items marked for deferral, 14 items ready for action (2 marked for withdrawal), 9 items marked to be opened and continued, and 11 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

 

2015-487 & 685 (Rezoning & Small Scale on 5651 Colcord Avenue): The applicant has requested withdrawal with refund. In the event a staff report has been completed, the department typically does not recommend refund of fees. Mr. Huxford reported a staff report has been completed on bills.

 

2015-656 (Small Scale 7536 Berry Avenue): CM Wilson requested that CM Morgan be contacted to ensure her approval of the pending action.

 

2015-667 (Appeal of Denied Exception E-15-47): Ms. Grandin suggested the Exception should be remanded back to the Planning Commission to allow for it to be reheard along with a Variance application. The issue concerns the distance between two entertainment establishments.

 

2015-781 (Amend lease with Jacksonville Jaguars): Administration submitted a request to substitute and re-refer legislation back to committees.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
