Council Member Wilson called the meeting to order at 1:03p.m. Mr. Folks Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 13 items marked for deferral, 11 items ready for action, 7 items marked to be opened and continued, and 10 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

 

2015-62 (Small scale amendment 6745 Beaver St W): The bill is scheduled before Planning Commission and should be ready for next cycle.

 

2015-439 & 440 (7061 Greenland Ridge Lane N): CM Becton requested continuance date of public hearing for December 1, 2015.

 

2015-626 (transmittal 12289 Rouen Cove Drive): CM Ferraro has community meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 5th. If there are any unresolved concerns, he will ask for bill to be re-referred back to the committee at Council meeting on Tuesday. He requested item be taken up first in committee meeting.

 

2015-658 (Rezoning A.C. Skinner Parkway): Mr. Paul Harden requested clarification on the amendment.

 

The workshop on Low-HTC (medical marijuana) is scheduled at 4:00p.m.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:08 p.m.
