MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, November 03,2015.  The meeting was called to order at 5:04 P.M. was recessed from 5:32 P.M. until 5:36 P.M. by Committee Chair Scott Wilson.  The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
