Attendance:  Council Members Scott Wilson (Chair), Lori Boyer, Danny Becton, Katrina Brown, and Joyce Morgan

 

Excused: Council Member Jim Love

Council Member Wilson called the meeting to order at 1:00p.m. Mr. Bruce Lewis reviewed the marked agenda which contained 14 items marked for deferral, 4 items ready for action, 6 items marked to be opened and continued, and 11 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

 

2015-439 & 440 (7061 Greenland Ridge Lane N): CM Becton reported the community meeting was cancelled and on indefinite hold until further communication with the applicant. He will keep the committee updated.

 

2015-626 (transmittal 12289 Rouen Cove Drive): CM Ferraro submitted request to defer item for two weeks in order to conduct a community meeting. Ms. Meagan Perkins spoke in opposition and requested deferral not to extend longer than two weeks.

 

The appeal on 2015-667 will not be taken up on November 3rd. The next workshop on medical marijuana is scheduled for November 3, 2015 at 4:00p.m.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:06 p.m.
