Council Member Wilson called the meeting to order at 1:00p.m. Mr. Folks Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 6 items marked for deferral, 16 items ready for action, 7 items marked to be opened and continued, and 8 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

 

2015-521 (rezoning 2133 Wishart St): Mr. Lewis stated a condition is being added to limit parking only on the adjacent lot. The representative has been informed and agrees to condition.

 

2015-667 (appeal on Exception E-15-47): The appeal is tentatively scheduled for November 3rd, at 4:00p.m. Mr. Harden will contact his client and confirm with committee.

 

The workshop on medical marijuana begins at 4:00p.m.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:06 p.m.
