Council Member Holt called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m. Mr. Lewis reviewed the marked agenda which contained 20 items marked for deferral, 8 items ready for action, 8 items marked to be opened and continued, 1 item marked for withdrawal, and 5 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

 

2014-143 (rezoning of Trout River Drive; Dive Academy): Item is ready for action. In response to CM Boyer’s inquiry, Mr. Lewis stated the recommendations from the Planning Commission along with the latest written description are the most updated conditions for consideration.

 

2015-170 (designation of Elena Flats): The staff report will include summary from Planning and Development Department and Downtown Investment Authority. 

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:13 p.m.
