Love Report: Lewis (PDD recommended
approval; PC recommended approval with 12 conditions) Public hearing opened. There was
extensive discussion regarding revision of PC conditions to include additional
conditions. Mr. Harden (support) agreed to the PC conditions and provided a
summary of the revised written description which addresses the list of concerns
from neighbors. Mr. Charles Mann (support) represents neighbors in the area;
however, he discussed several outstanding concerns. Mr. Mike Herzberg (oppose)
presented pictures of fencing, parking, pedestrian access way to the park and
other concerns related to Lot A. There were numerous speaker cards presented
in opposition of the bill; however, they were represented by legal counsel.
Mr. Doug Registered (oppose) requested that PUD not approved until parking
lot is completed within a designated time; and pedestrian access defined. Motion/2nd move conditions
