Council Member Holt called the meeting to order at 3:18 p.m. Mr. Lewis reviewed the marked agenda which contained 14 items marked for deferral, 14 items ready for action, 8 items marked to be opened and continued, 1 item marked for amend and rerefer, and 13 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

 

2014-143 (rezoning of Trout River Drive; Dive Academy): Attorneys Harden and Mann commented there were four outstanding concerns. CM Holt stated committee would review information for possible compromise.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:27 p.m.
