There extensive discussion regarding the height of proposed building, number of parking spaces and installation of trees on the berm. Mr. Diebenow agreed to a donation of $60,000 to the James Island Home Owner Association, in return for, the applicant would receive credit at the Ten Setter/PUD Verification with proof of payment. The association would be fully responsible for installation of trees on the berm after receiving the donation.
