MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, May 20,2015.  The meeting was called to order at 5:04 P.M. by Committee Chair Ray Holt.  The meeting adjourned at 12:24 A.M.
