Council Member Holt called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 18 items marked for deferral, 4 items ready for action, 7 items marked to be opened and continued, 1 item marked for substitute and rerefer, and 10 items marked for second reading and re-referral.

 

2014-143 (rezoning of Trout River Drive; Dive Academy): CM Holt requested Mr. Harden and Mr. Mann inquire with committee members to ensure their concerns have been addressed. Concerns from committee include ensuring that public access to the park is maintained; and clarifying that the conditions on the offsite property continue with approval, if sold at a later time. Mr. Harden reported that Captain Black purchased an offsite parcel which provides 350 parking spaces.

 

2015-63 (transmittal 2015B series text amendment): Susan Grandin will have copies of the tracked changes inserted in committee members’ books for the next meeting.

 

2015-170 (designation of Elena Flats at 122 E. Duval Street): The item is marked for deferral; however, CM Holt will take comments from interested parties present at meeting.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:14 p.m.
