Also: Folks Huxford and Gary Kresel – Planning & Development Department; Susan Grandin – Office of General Counsel; Philip Zamarron – Legislative Services Division

CM Holt called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. Hr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 7 items marked for deferral, 5 items ready for action, 10 public hearings to be opened and continued and 2 items for second reading and re-referral.

 

2014-773/774 (rezoning 5307 Eulace Road): Items listed as open and continue to allow for additional advertisement of notices.

 

2014-49 (approving proposed large scale revision to R G Skinner Parkway): CM Holt shared that progress is being made between all parties. In response to CM Boyer’s request, Mr. Huxford will contact Public Works to have a representative at next meeting. No action on item at this meeting.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:12 p.m.
