LUZ COMMITTEE AGENDA MEETING MINUTES

 

February 18, 2015

City Council Conference Room A

Attendance:  Council Member Ray Holt (Chair), Lori Boyer, Jim Love

 

Also: Folks Huxford and Bruce Lewis – Planning Department; Susan Grandin – Office of General Counsel; Philip Zamarron – Legislative Services Division

Council Member Holt called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contains 10 items marked for deferral; 13  items ready for action; 6 public hearings to be opened and continued; 1 item marked for substitute and re-refer; and 2 items marked for second reading and re-referral.  

 

2014-773 & 774 (rezoning and waiver at 5307 Eulace Rd): Item changing to a PUD to substitute and re-refer. Both items will be heard before LUZ in two weeks for action.

 

2015-23 (rezoning 14250 Boney Road): CM Holt reported he held a public hearing two weeks ago; and met with both entities last week. The committee will discuss deferral in full meeting. Several speakers are expected to attend the meeting.

 

2015-35 (appeal hearing on COA-14-795):  Ms. Grandin explained there was a revised time period for speakers. The guidelines will be presented at the meeting.

 

2015-49 (rezoning S/S Lady Lake Rd & Bradley Cove Road): CM Holt stated depending on the lateness of the hour, the committee would discuss to proceed or defer.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:13 p.m.
