Council Member Holt called the meeting to order at 3:07 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contains 19 items marked for deferral; 4 items ready for action; 2 public hearings to be opened and continued; 1 item marked for withdrawal; and 8 items marked for second reading and re-referral.  

 

2014-143 (rezoning Trout River Drive – Diving Academy): Mr. Paul Harden reported the applicant will be submitting an administrative deviation on another property to address concerns. This item will be deferred for approximately six weeks to allot for processing.

 

2014-773 & 774 (rezoning and waiver at 5307 Eulace Rd): CM Love requested a deferral to address concerns of constituents and discuss possible resolution for all parties. Public hearing on both items will be opened and continued. 

 

2015-36 (appeal hearing on Final Order of MM-2014-27):  Ms. Grandin stated the hearing would be informal and did not require individuals to be sworn in. The appeal procedures will be distributed prior to the beginning of the hearing.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:17 p.m.
