Attendance:  Council Member Ray Holt (Chair), Lori Boyer, Jim Love, Don Redman, and Warren Jones

Council Member Holt called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contains 10 items marked for deferral; 3 items ready for action; 2 public hearings to be opened and continued; 2 items marked for substitute and re-referral; and 3 items marked for second reading and re-referral.  

 

2014-143 (rezoning Trout River Drive – Diving Academy): CM Holt stated the committee would discuss deferring or withdrawing this item. Mr. Charlie Mann commented that his clients support the deferral to allow an additional discussion with property owner. Mr. Paul Harden asked committee whether they had received his letter and stated the only issue is parking.

 

2014-628 (designation 801-805 W Forsyth Street): CM Jones requested a deferral to inquire about some concerns.

 

2014-696 (rezoning 3515 Rosselle Street): CM Jones requested deferral due to upcoming community meeting.

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:14 p.m.
